Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 architectural practice who offer their expertise to the industrial sector and have studios across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Architect to join their expanding team in their Manchester Newark.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
- Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users
- Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
- Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
- Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality
- Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:
- ARB registered
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience managing data centre or industrial projects
- Experience managing small teams
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong design and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
