Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Acoustic Consultant ready to step up into a senior role? Our client-an established acoustic and environmental consultancy-is growing their Bristol team and is on the lookout for a Senior Acoustic Consultant to take the lead on a wide range of projects across the building, environmental, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex acoustic projects from concept to completion

Carry out acoustic assessments, modelling, and detailed technical reports

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring projects meet expectations

Mentor and support junior team members

Assist with bids, proposals, and technical presentations

Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and planning authorities to produce sustainable, integrated acoustic solutions
About You
-
Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or a related discipline

At least 5 years’ experience in acoustic consultancy
-
Solid understanding of BS4142, BS8233, ProPG, and relevant industry standards
-
Proficiency with tools such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, CATT, or Odeon
-
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership abilities
-
MIOA membership (or working towards it)

Full UK driving licence
