SAP Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who specialise in providing energy compliance services to domestic and commercial projects. They are actively on the lookout for an SAP assessor to join their energy team in their offices in Brighton.
Role responsibilities for an SAP Assessor include:
- Producing SAP assessments and calculations for commercial projects
- Ensure clients projects are in compliance with Part L building regulations
- Use iSBEM software to produce SBEM Assessments and calculations
- Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds.
- Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met.
- Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
The ideal SAP Assessor will have:
- An OCDEA Qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
- Experience within a relevant role within the construction industry delivering SAP Assessments and Calculations
- Experience with carrying out SBEM calculations using iSBEM software
- Strong and up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
