To be successful in this role as Principal Ecologist, you’ll need:
- A relevant degree in Ecology or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience, ideally at the Senior Ecologist level.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, design teams, planners, and regulators.
- Proven expertise in preparing technical reports, including EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, and more.
- Commercial awareness and a knack for business development.
- Full Membership of CIEEM (Chartered Ecologist/Environmentalist status is a plus).
- A Full UK driving licence.
