An award-winning architectural practice based in the Oxfordshire countryside is seeking an Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic, design-led team. The practice has a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects and offers the opportunity to work on inspiring schemes from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a qualified Architect or a Part 2/Part 3 candidate looking to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility, and grow within a supportive and creative environment.

Daily Duties
- Lead projects from concept design and planning through to technical delivery and completion
- Produce high-quality design and technical information using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all RIBA stages
- Manage workloads and take responsibility for the quality of outputs with limited supervision
- Contribute positively to the practice’s design ethos and team success
Ideal Candidate
- UK-based with UK-recognised qualifications
- ARB-registered Architect and/ or RIBA Part 2 qualified
- Experience in high-end residential and small-scale developer projects
- Confident across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of building regulations
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for good design
