Due to continued success and growth, I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in a new appointment of a Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Newly Qualified Architect. My client has a wealth of experience across the Care and Retirement living sector, with further project exposure to Residential, Education, Retail and Sports sectors.

Due to current projects, the desired candidate will need to be fully proficient in Revit, having used in on current projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Newly Qualified Architect:

  • Part 2 qualified and ARB registered/ working toward accreditation and Part 3.
  • Several years’ experience working as a Part 2.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Boast strong design flare and technical capabilities.
  • Confident in software’s such as Revit, Sketchup and Adobe.
  • Relevant project exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and be confident in liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met to an excellent standard.
  • Support the more senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
