Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer architectural and interior design services to the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
- Develop concept designs and technical drawings
- Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
- Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Work on planning applications and building regulations
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects
Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualifications
- Relevant Post Part 2 qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Experience with Revit
- Experience working on projects across various sectors
- Excellent design and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
