Job Title: Occupational Hygienist

Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Benefits

A leading employee-owned environmental and occupational health consultancy is seeking an Occupational Hygienist to join their growing Oxford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience and ongoing BOHS training who’s looking to progress within a supportive, people-focused organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake workplace exposure monitoring (dust, fumes, noise, vibration)

  • Conduct LEV assessments and support COSHH reviews

  • Produce detailed technical reports and risk assessments

  • Provide practical, evidence-based advice and solutions to clients

  • Support junior team members and contribute to team development

  • Liaise professionally with clients, regulators, and on-site personnel

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in occupational hygiene or workplace exposure monitoring

  • BOHS modules (W501-W507) completed or in progress

  • Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills

  • Full UK driving licence
