Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who work a range of multidisciplined projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout for a Newly Qualified Architect to help deliver various high-profile projects for their York studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

  • Work on and provide support to projects from RIBA stages 4 and onwards
  • Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
  • Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
  • Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
  • Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Revit
  • Experience working across a range of sectors
  • Experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the York area
