I am searching for a talented and motivated Architect to join a RIBA chartered practice in Essex. The friendly team work on retail, residential and commercial projects and have an excellent reputation. The practice has an emphasis on providing creative, tailored designs to every client and aim to exceed expectations.
The successful will have sufficient experience and should have an excellent attention to detail. You will be confident in your abilities and should want to grow your career. Retail experience is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice
- Work through all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
- Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
- Brilliant communication skills
- Excellent design and technical detailing abilities
- AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
