Our client is looking for a New Business Account Manager to join their well-established building compliance firm. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow their sales and account management career in an ever-changing industry.

In order to be considered for this New Business Account Manager role you will have;

  • GCSE/A Level qualifications
  • Excellent organisational skills and client relationships
  • Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Full driving license
  • Experience in a sales environment (Desirable)
  • Experience in the construction industry with the ability to read architectural drawings (Desirable)

Working as a New Business Account Manager you will;

  • Expand existing accounts by building up core relationships with clients
  • Give technical advice and support to clients
  • Ensure individual target, team targets and KPI’s are met
  • Respond to management incentives on targeting sectors
  • Refine and maintain a robust personal account database, whilst working with the management team
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Develop and grow personal skills and annual personal development plan
  • Understand the market and competitors, identify, and develop the client’s selling propositions and differentiators
  • Review opportunities that will lead to an increase in sales, including marketing/advertising campaigns
  • Maintaining the CRM system to ensure data quality
