What You’ll Do:
- Manage planning applications, appeals, and appraisals from inception to determination.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to steer planning strategies and negotiations.
- Prepare high-quality written reports and planning documentation.
- Support project teams with expert planning insight across multidisciplinary schemes.
What We’re Looking For:
- MRTPI Chartered Planner with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (ideal).
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
