Learning and Development Administrator – London
We have a fantastic opportunity for a junior Learning and Development Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading infrastructure & property consultancies in London. My client specialises within the environmental, planning & sustainability sectors and works for a variety of private and public sector clients. They are seeking to expand their L&D team where the newest member of the team will assist the People and Learning Director on a range of projects focussing on promoting internal development.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Contract where flexible remote working is offered!
Candidates should either hold relevant industry experience working in a similar L&D position, or another position in HR. Ideally you will hold a degree in a business-related discipline!
- Assist in the delivery of the 2021 Graduate Development Programme
- Introduction of a new mentoring programme.
- Booking training courses.
- Managing the e-learning systems.
- Monitoring and improving learning activity.
- General administration duties.
