Learning and Development Administrator (12 Month FTC) – London

We have an exciting new role for a Learning and Development Administrator who is looking to further their career in the administration sector within an environmental consultancy! My client is one of the UK’s leading property & infrastructure consultancies who work in sectors such as ecology, planning, sustainability & environmental. You will assist the team in supporting the People and Learning Director on a range of projects which focus on promoting the Learning element of my client’s organisation.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Contract.

About you:

  • Experience in a learning and development position.
  • Candidates should have a degree in HR or a Business-related discipline.
  • Excellent admin skills.
  • Highly organised with good skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative and innovative!


  • Assist in the delivery of the 2021 Graduate Development Programme
  • Introduction of a new mentoring programme.
  • Booking training courses.
  • Managing the e-learning systems.
  • Monitoring and improving learning activity.
  • General administration duties.
