Salary: £30-35,000 DOE
An award-winning, RIBA-chartered AJ100 practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technician to join their Leisure Team. They work across multiple sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Retail, Leisure, and Commercial.
The ideal candidate will be CIAT accredited and possess strong Revit skills, with proven job-running experience on relevant projects.

Daily Duties:
- Work alongside the Seniors in the running of projects within the Leisure sector
- Leading and managing teams
- Client-facing responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality work to deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
- CIAT accredited with post-qualification experience
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Confident in leadership and client interaction
- Strong time management and attention to detail
