Daily Duties:
- Lead and contribute to interior design projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed design information, including mood boards, layouts, and FF&E specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver coordinated design solutions.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to design reviews, sustainability initiatives, and knowledge-sharing within the practice.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with several years of industry experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about high-quality design, innovation, and continuous professional development.
