Position: Graduate Town Planner

What You’ll Do:
- Planning and Development: Assist in the preparation and review of planning applications, zoning amendments, and development proposals.
- Community Engagement: Participate in public consultations, workshops, and community meetings to gather feedback and ensure community needs are met.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct site assessments, demographic studies, and environmental impact analyses to support planning decisions.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the formulation of planning policies, land use plans, and urban design guidelines.
- Project Management: Support senior planners in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
About You:
- Education: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in planning software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD).
- Passion: A genuine interest in urban development, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
