Our client specialising in securing planning consents for clients across England, providing guidance and planning services for private homeowners/landowners, national corporate organisations, housing associations, to local businesses.

Working within the small, experienced and busy planning team, the successful Graduate Town Planner will help provide the following services to your clients;

-Planning Applications

-Permitted Development Guidance

-Pre Application Advice

-Site & Acquisition Appraisals

-Planning Appeals

-Land Promotion

-Project Management

-Affordable Housing & S106 Negotiations

Requirements to Apply

Graduate Town Planners should hold a Planning or similar qualification, and ideally some planning experience. You should be a good communicator, be a team player with a great eye for detail. Applicants will need to hold a UK driving licence.
