Based in Bristol, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We are seeking a talented Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in domestic projects including timber, steel, concrete and masonry. As well as specialising in major development projects ranging from highways, bridges, Drainage Infrastructure.
To be considered for this Graduate Structural Engineering role, it is essential for candidate to have the following:
- Qualifications of either Meng, BEng, or a relevant Structural Engineering degree
- Minimum 1-2 years industry specific work experience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Desire to work towards a chartership
- Experience within steelwork reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD plus any modelling software is advantageous eg Revit or Tekkla
Duties and responsibilities for this Graduate Structural Engineer include:
- Working independently and as a part of a team to prepare technical documentations
- Conduct design information, interpret data and solve any problems relating to company services
- Contribution towards technical design and drawings through using design softwares
