Graduate BREEAM Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who specialise in delivering BREEAM and energy services to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join their sustainability team in their offices in Bristol.

Role responsibilities for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant include:

  • Assist with delivering BREEAM Assessments from project inception through to completion
  • Produce energy and sustainability strategies and reports
  • Working alongside the design team, authorities, and contractors.
  • Aiding with early design modelling by looking at passive design models

Requirements for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant include:

  • Degree withing an energy, sustainability, environmental science or architecture discipline
  • Good knowledge and understanding of BREEAM
  • It would be beneficial to have experience with BREEAM such as having a BREEAM Associate or Foundation accreditation
  • Strong passion and enthusiasm for the built environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
