Experienced Architectural Technologist
Location: Preston
Salary: £40-45,000
An award-winning and established multi-disciplinary construction and design consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Preston. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK within sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Daily Duties for the Architectural Technologist role:
- Producing technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Preparing detailed construction information
- Developing designs through all project stages
- Preparing planning and Building Regulations information
- Coordinating with clients and project consultants
- Supporting BIM coordination and project delivery
- Attending meetings and site visits
- Resolving technical and construction issues
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have:
- Experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
- Relevant UK construction industry experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Experience working within a BIM environment
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- CIAT accreditation or willingness to work towards it
