The ideal Senior Energy & Sustainability Consultant will:
- Have experience delivering BREEAM
- Have experience within energy modelling, LCA and Net-zero strategies
- Be an accreddited Assessor and/or BREEAM AP qualification.
- Have good communication/presentation skills and excellent report writing skills.
- Have an uderstanding of client requirements/project objectives.
- Have good knowledge of the sustainability related statutory legislation, standards, and drivers in
the construction industry
