Ecologist – Essex
We are looking for a dedicated Ecologist to join a multi-disciplinary company based in Essex! The company is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for both private and public sector clients.
For this role, you will be involved in;
- A variety of protected species surveys,
- Botanical surveys,
- Writing a range of Ecological reports including PEAs, PRAs, EIAs, EcIAs,
- Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
- Preparing fee proposals.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- – A degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- – Proven experience in ecological surveying and habitat assessments
- – Strong knowledge of wildlife legislation and conservation practices
- – The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- – A full UK driving license is beneficial
