I am pleased to announce that we are looking for an Assistant Ecologist to join a brilliant team in Chelmsford! The team work on a range of projects and are excited to be looking for a new talented ecologist to join them. They work closely alongside the planning team on a range of public and private sector projects.

What’s involved?
- Delivering protected species surveys and assisting on all aspects of survey work from project inception to completion of reports.
- Conducting Preliminary Ecological Appraisals in accordance with guidelines.
- Managing a variety of projects from small scale developments to more complex projects.
What are the Requirements?
- Experience in performing a range of ecological surveys within a consultancy.
- Experience of ecological report writing to a high standard.
- Membership of CIEEM.
