As Associate/Associate Director of Building Surveying in Southampton, you will handle a mix of technical advisory work, professional surveying, and heritage projects. The consultancy offers role flexibility based on your skill set and career aspirations.
Your primary duties will be to provide technical due diligence advice and reports, identify risks and deliver solutions to mitigate them. You will manage multiple transactional-based instructions, communicate with clients, and work closely with project managers to ensure financial control and successful project delivery.
