Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE for Part L compliance, overheating, and operational energy analysis
  • Use PHPP to support Passivhaus projects
  • Produce high-quality technical reports, including energy performance and overheating assessments
  • Assist the sustainability team in delivering reports such as:
    • Energy statements
    • Circular economy assessments
    • Whole-life carbon reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with building physics modelling tools (especially IES-VE and PHPP)
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
