Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE for Part L compliance, overheating, and operational energy analysis
- Use PHPP to support Passivhaus projects
- Produce high-quality technical reports, including energy performance and overheating assessments
- Assist the sustainability team in delivering reports such as:
- Energy statements
- Circular economy assessments
- Whole-life carbon reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with building physics modelling tools (especially IES-VE and PHPP)
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
