BREEAM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who lead in the UK on building engineering and provide innovative sustainability solutions to the built environment. They are looking for an experienced BREEAM Consultant to hit the ground running on a range of construction projects from their offices in London.
Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Consultant include:
- Manage and deliver projects from concept design to completion
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainability strategies into all phases of the construction projects
- Use BREEAM expertise to achieve sustainability targets and enhance performance by providing certifications on projects
- Produce and implement circular economy, whole life carbon, and WELL certifications into projects
The ideal BREEAM Consultant will have:
- Relevant experience as a Sustainability or BREEAM Consultant within the construction industry
- Relevant degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
- Experience delivering BREEAM assessments throughout a project Lifecyle with a BREEAM AP qualification being desirable
- Experience with Circular Economy opportunities and Whole Life Carbon Assessments would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
