Bid Coordinator – Manchester
My client is an internationally recognised engineering firm who specialises within the Environmental, Transport Planning and Highways sectors! They have an excellent opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to assist the Marketing Director in the coordination of bid activities across various business units; this will include managing and preparing client bids. This role can be based out of my clients Manchester, London or Newcastle offices.
Candidates should have experience working within a Bid Coordinator / Bid Administration position and are to be Degree qualified in Marketing (or another relevant discipline). Strong communication skills are essential as is project management skills.
About the role / daily duties:
- Develop tender strategies.
- Identify and win themes.
- Compile and amend tender documents.
- Maintain the register of tenders.
- General administration duties.
- Professional development.
- Identify tender opportunities.
