Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading Housebuilder with offices across the UK on the hire of an Assistant level Town Planner to join their team in Surrey.

Acknowledged as one of the market leaders in the property development industry this is an exciting opportunity to join this firm where you will join an experienced team, alongside a larger network of Planners across their other sites.

The role will include working on interesting small to medium scale schemes (with growing responsibility and autonomy as experience and confidence grow) along with supporting the Planning Manager of large-scale strategic projects. You will work alongside a talented group of professionals which includes Development, Design & Land teams.

In order to apply, suitable candidates will hold an RTPI recognised degree and/or masters, 1-3 years planning experience and strong interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients, be driven with an enthusiastic attitude.
