The Role
-
Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
-
Working across commercial and mixed-use premises
-
Producing high-quality asbestos survey reports
-
Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
-
Ensuring all surveys comply with current legislation and company standards
Requirements

BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance
-
Ability to work independently and manage workload
-
Full UK driving licence
