Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Produce compliant technical design solutions for architectural design intent
- Produce detailed design information across RIBA stages 2 through to 4
- Work alongside the project team to ensure projects comply with UK building regulations
- Ensure BIM delivery and information management is in line with project standards
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Chartered member or working towards CIAT Chartership
- Proven experience delivering complex projects across various sectors
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience is desirable
- Strong technical detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
