Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North East’s leading Architectural practices who provide their expertise to multidisciplinary projects across the UK. They are in a need of an enthusiastic and talented Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Provide architectural design and project management services to a range of multi sector projects
- Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
- Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
- Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience working on projects across numerous sectors
- Job running experience
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
- Strong attention to detail
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
