Salary: £27000-£35000 (dependent on experience)

With a diverse portfolio spanning Conservation, Education, Residential and Commercial sectors, this collaborative studio is known for its client-focused approach and thoughtful, innovative design solutions.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will be a technically skilled professional who combines creativity with a strong eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in developing high-quality technical drawings and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
  • High-level technical drafting skills and accuracy
  • Confident in both verbal and written communication
  • Strong working knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Self-driven, proactive and keen to continue professional growth
  • Must live within commuting distance of Newcastle
  • Proficient in AutoCAD is essential
