Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000
This is a great opportunity to join an established architectural practice who produce high quality designs to deliver award-winning buildings. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist who is looking to progress to a senior level and lead on a range of commercial projects for their team based in Leeds
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have a degree within Architectural Technology and possess 5 years’ experience in a relevant role within a UK practice. Revit proficiency is essential, as well as having excellent knowledge of technical specification and construction. The successful candidate will need to have delivered high residential schemes and experience leading on Commercial projects.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- 5 years post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Proficient with Revit
- Strong detailing and technical skills
- Experience of job running
- Successful background leading on commercial projects across all RIBA stages
- Good experience of delivering complex high rise residential schemes
- Good knowledge of technical specification and construction
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within the West Yorkshire area
