Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with UK-based experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
- Skilled in technical detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience across all RIBA stages.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance to junior team members.
