This growing architectural practice, set in a picturesque rural location near Warrington, is looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technician or Technologist to support the delivery of a busy and varied project pipeline. Located in a converted barn with excellent commuting access and free on-site parking, the office offers a modern, flexible approach to working life, including early finishes on Fridays and hybrid working. Daily Duties

  • Producing detailed technical drawing packages
  • Leading and coordinating technical delivery on projects
  • Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Managing workload independently and supporting junior staff

Ideal Candidate

  • Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial years UK industry experience
  • Proven technical construction knowledge
  • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Revit experience preferred (training offered)
  • Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
