Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to the retail and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technician to join their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

  • Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
  • Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Degree within architectural technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit desirable
  • Experience working on complex projects across various sectors
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
