Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £34,000 – £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who work on various exciting commercial projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a diligent Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their London studio.

To be successful in applying for the Architectural Technician, you will need a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and need to have completed their RIBA part 3 qualification. The individual will need to be proficient in Revit and need strong residential experience, as well as being experienced across all RIBA stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • 5 years post qualification experience within a UK practice
  • A RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
  • Varied experience across the residential, healthcare, and residential sectors
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages with stage 4 being essential
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Proficient with Revit
  • Strong technical detailing ability
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • UK driving license
