Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking RIBA Charted architectural practice who provide dynamic design solutions to the built environment. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in their Nottingham offices.
To be successful in applying to this role, an Architectural Technician will need to be a member of CIAT, with a HND in architectural technology and possess relevant work experience post their qualification. The individual will need a good background with retail projects and be up to date with building regulations and planning applications.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Higher education qualification within architectural technology
- Have CIAT Chartership
- Relevant post qualification experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Working experience within the retail sector
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Live within a commutable distance of the Nottingham area
- Can contribute to the continued growth of the client
