Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician Role:
- Several years industry experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
- Relevant project experience in key sectors (retail, logistics, residential, or commercial) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit would be preferable.
- Ability to support project delivery from concept to completion under mentorship.
- Strong technical skills to assist in producing detailed and innovative designs.
- Effective collaboration with clients and project teams to achieve goals.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic project environment.
