A well-established, design-led consultancy is seeking an experienced Healthcare Lead to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior healthcare specialist to take a strategic, client-facing role, leading the delivery and development of projects across primary, secondary, and acute care sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality, innovation, and growth, working closely with clients and internal teams. Daily Duties
- Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultant teams
- Manage project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high design standards
- Drive and support business development activities, including winning new work
- Oversee BIM/Revit coordination and project outputs
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members
- Ensure all designs meet healthcare regulations and best practice standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician (ARB/ CIAT)
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience working exclusively within the healthcare sector
- Strong background across primary, secondary, and acute care projects
- Proven experience in a client-facing and leadership role
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness, with an interest or experience in business development
- Flexible in location, with willingness to travel or contribute to regional growth
