Daily Duties

  • Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors
  • Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages
  • Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements
  • Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team
  • Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerations

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
  • Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
  • Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
