Daily Duties
- Produce creative design solutions across all RIBA work stages
- Develop planning, technical and construction information
- Prepare drawings, specifications and presentation material using Revit/BIM
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attend design team and client meetings
- Ensure projects comply with planning and building regulations
- Support project delivery to programme and budget
- Contribute to design reviews and collaborative workshops
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)
- Several years to extensive experience dependant on the level
- Strong design and technical ability
- Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
- Passion for high-quality architecture and sustainable design
