Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award winning design services to residential projects across the Yorkshire area. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their growing team in their Harrogate studios.

Duties for the role of Architect:
- Lead and deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
- Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
- Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
- Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Requirements for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Relevant Post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD
- Strong experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Strong drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
- Full UK Driver’s license
