This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer expert design services to high end residential and commercial projects. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join them in their Harrogate offices

Duties for the role of Architect include:
- Develop concept designs and technical drawings
- Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
- Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
- Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Skills and experience for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD
- Experience working on residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong drawing and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
