Architect
Location: Gloucester
Salary Expectations: £37-45,000 (dependent on experience)

I’m looking for an experienced Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Gloucester. The well established team have a varied portfolio, including education, residential, commercial and healthcare projects. The team have a focus on sustainability and always exceed client expectations by creating client-led designs.

The role:
- Work through all RIBA stages on Education projects
- Manage drawing packages
- Work within a team on a range of architectural projects through all RIBA stages
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Produce architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and the wider team
Experience for the Architect role:
- Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
- Significant experience working on education projects in a UK-based architecture practice
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient using Revit
- Must live within a commutable distance of Gloucester
