Our client is looking for an Acoustic Consultant to join their award-winning environmental engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects ranging from new road and rail schemes, new residential settlements, high-rise city centre buildings, retail developments, renewable energy projects, and commercial/industrial developments. The client offers the opportunity to be involved in air quality projects if desired by the successful candidate.
Acoustic Consultant Requirements:
- Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
- Environmental Acoustics experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Full driving license
- Environmental noise survey and noise modelling experience (CadnaA software is desirable)
Acoustic Consultant Duties:
- Noise & vibration onsite monitoring, modelling, and analysis
- Support clients with complex environmental issues
- Complete technical reports
- Work on projects from proposal stage through to completion
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
