My client is a London-based SME delivering mechanical and electrical services for both the public and private sector. With the growth development in their Projects department they are now looking for an experienced working supervisor to join the team as a Projects Supervisor. The purpose of this business-critical role is to take responsibility for supervising a multitude of site-based mechanical and commercial projects.Whilst effectively managing the day-to-day operations of these projects the Supervisor will provide necessary updates, costings, and audits to ensure compliancy is met, as outlined by the Projects Manager.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that all planned works are carried out in line with manufacturer instructions. All current standards, industry best practice and regulations to be adhered to, to meet and exceed customer expectations within every aspect of the project.

· Minimum Of Five Years Post Apprenticeship Qualification Experience.

· Knowledge of BMS systems and controls
· Knowledge and experience of working with Plate Heat Exchangers
· Experience of Utility Services, specifically bulk gas.

The Role

Due to an expanding workload we are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Design Technician for our client based in London. The ideal candidate will hold an HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar.

Working under the supervision of a Senior Engineer, you will report to your line manager as part of the Civils team responsible for the design, submission and approval of a wide and diverse range of projects including residential, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding and experience in the delivery of all infrastructure aspects of projects from a technical approval viewpoint.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

* Attend internal design review meetings
* Preparation of simple calculations
* Production of drawings and construction details using Civils 3D
